All these editions of War and Peace are really starting to pile up on my shelves. And if you're thinking this series is really, really long, remember that War and Peace, in the Pevear./Volokhonsky translation, comes in at 1,273 pages. Yes, I've been looking for Hadji Murad too, the version translated by Pevear and Volokhonsky. I have read Crime and Punishment, The Brothers Karamazov, and The Idiot, each translated by Richard Pevear and Larissa Volokhonsky.
